How to Integrate Aircall With Your TeamWave CRM Software
1. Aircall + Webhook Setup:
- In the left panel, click “Integrations & API”, click the “Discover Integrations” tab and select “Webhook”.

- Add the name, URL (website URL that webhook will post or send data to) and select the webhook events that it will send/notify.

2. TeamWave Setup:
- Open your Teamwave and go to your “Profile,” then click the “API Key” tab and copy it.

3. How to handle the Aircall webhook events:
- We upload the custom-code we created to a web server.*
- Replace the API Key with the Teamwave API Key you copied from Step 2. You can edit or update the code and click update to save the changes.
