Lexicon Plumbing & Gas Fitting

Lexicon Plumbing is an established plumbing service provider operating in the Blue Mountains and Sydney regions of New South Wales in Australia. They came to us for a Plumbing Website Design because their old website was a mess.

The owner, Aaron, partnered with an electrician to get that website and the outcome was a disaster. It was hard to navigate, the content was all over the place, and the design was terrible. It's what you'd expect from a website that is trying to do too many things at once - it was confusing and failed badly at its attempt to highlight two vastly different trades at the same time.

We took what they had and totally revamped it. We moved the focus to plumbing only and created a sleek, modern design that was easy to navigate. The “easy to navigate” part was achieved with the help of a mega menu that makes it easier for visitors to explore the entire website even though it has a lot of pages.

We also rewrote all the content to be clear, concise and compelling in a way that it speaks to a person who needs a plumbing service, and we made sure to highlight all the qualities that sets Lexicon Plumbing apart from other plumbing companies in the area.

The end result was a website that accurately represented the company and its services, and one that Aaron was finally proud to show off. And of course, the website is designed to be mobile responsive so that it looks great on any device.

Ronika

The old website's overall user experience leaves much to be desired. The site feels clunky and outdated, burdened with a cluttered and disorganised layout that presents a mishmash of clashing colors instead of complementing ones. This is a very simple and clean design for an electrical test and tag company.

The website starts off with the loud copy: “Peace of mind is everything”, accompanied by a sentence below that briefly explains what type of company they are. This is so that the site visitors are immediately made aware of the value they’ll get from the company the moment they first open the website.

For the sake of avoiding information overload, the written and graphic content on the website has been sparingly dosed. The copy is written in simple terms so that anyone will be able to understand what's being said in the website's material without difficulty. The images convey a sense of professionalism and have been carefully selected to support and complement the written text.

The site also offers great navigation with its simple and easy to use top and bottom menus, where users can jump from one page to another with ease wherever they are in the site.

More importantly, this electrical test company web design is fully mobile responsive so that users who are browsing through their smartphones or tablets could enjoy the same great user experience that PC and laptop owners do.



Difficult Access Services

Difficult Access Services is a Sydney company that is offering a type of service that only a few are willing to try. They use rope access techniques to access hard-to-reach structural assets and carry out cleaning and maintenance work. It’s a dangerous job, but their safety standards are so high and rigid that they have managed to remain safe and accident-free since their inception.

Anyway, the guys over at Difficult Access Services approached us for a rope access company web design. Their old website was, for the lack of a better word, very bad. Its overall design didn’t adhere to modern trends and the web copy didn’t do a good job of convincing readers that they’re the real deal. In other words, their old site wasn’t designed to convert customers.

If you take a look at Difficult Access Services’ website now, you’ll see that we fixed all of the issues of their previous website. It now has a very clean and modern design, with web copy that connects to their customer base. We also enhanced the visual elements to make it look better and more striking. 

Our team also improved the site’s navigation. Apart from the simple menus that make it easy for users to navigate the page, there are also calls-to-action (CTA) buttons throughout each page to help guide the user during their browsing time.

The site is also now mobile friendly, which means it will work well on any cell phone or tablet.

This website has a simple, modern design with a dominant white background and some light blue details.

The content across pages is kept short and sweet so that site visitors won’t be overwhelmed with too much information while browsing.

It also has a mega menu system that makes it easier for visitors to navigate their way across the site in as few clicks as possible.

AusOne Mechanical Services

AusOne Mechanical Services’ old website was outdated in terms of design elements, sorely lacking in user experience, and not optimised for mobile devices.

Although some of their old visual and written content was good and reusable, the way it was organised throughout their old site was disorderly to say the least.

When they realised that it could use some improvements, they approached our website design company and availed our air conditioning contractor website design package.
