Manage and Delete Responses

To manage and remove contact form responses:


  1. Click the three dots icon next to the site where the form appears on the Dashboard, then Site Overview, then Form Responses. Alternatively, on the editor’s side panel, select Content, then Site Content and then click Manage Form Responses.
  2. Note that the ability to export Contact Form replies is only accessible when you view the responses from the Dashboard.
  3. The Form Responses page appears, and you may delete any response to any form on the site. In the Search responses search box, you may look for appropriate responses. Make certain that you search for the correct name, phrase or characters.
  4. Click on the appropriate form tab to view a table that includes:
  5. The date on which the form answer was submitted.
  6. The input into each form field.
  7. The option to delete the form response.
  8. Click Export to CSV in the top-right corner of the Form Responses section to export form responses in CSV Format.


If there were no form responses on the live site, this option will not be available.

Respond to Customer Contact Form Submissions

You can react to a contact form submission straight from your email. When Website Builder sends you an email with the information about the contact form submission, click Reply to Customer in the body of the email. This enables you to respond to the customer’s email address. If the buyer provided more than one email address, it will only be sent to the first email address listed.
