The INS Group

The INS Group is one of the most well-established healthcare providers in Australia, having been around since 1984.

We have been working with the INS Group for a long time. In fact, we were the web design agency that designed their original website many years back. They were so satisfied with the quality of our website design for healthcare providers that they asked us to handle the web design of their other brands as well. These include INS LifeGuard, INS CareCall, and INS Air Purifiers.

However, web design trends have changed over the years and will continuously evolve. This meant we had to update the overall look and feel of the INS Group’s original website to make it more modern and in line with recent trends.

Among the changes we made to improve their already beautiful website include:

• giving the colour scheme a refresh
• optimising the layout to improve site navigability
• updating the images
• adding animated icons and interactive visual elements
• putting in a mega menu to improve user experience

Overall, both our team and the INS Group are very happy with the outcome of our website redesign.

Evermore Disability Services

Evermore Disability Services is an NDIS provider that offers a range of high-quality disability support options to children, teenagers and adults. They wanted a website that conveys a message of genuine care and compassion, or to be specific, a website where people with disabilities or their families would feel welcomed and supported as they browse through.

With all this in mind, our team went to work and built a website that does exactly what the client was looking for. To achieve this, we used a consistent warm and soothing colour scheme throughout the website. We also made good use of images that convey care, love, trust, and support. And to top things off, we accompanied all of this with clear, compelling, concise and informative web copy.

Bright Futures Wollongong

Bright Futures Wollongong is a child behaviour specialist committed to helping children ages 8 - 10 who are having trouble communicating their needs clearly and effectively. Their target audience are families looking for a way to enhance the communication skills and help manage the difficult behaviours of their children.

This client approached us for a web design that would speak to their target audience. With this in mind, we set out to design a website that is clean, modern, and makes good use of a soothing white, green and yellow colour scheme that resonates with them and their ideal audience.

We also ensured the site was as simple to use as possible so that users can get the information they need quickly. We achieved this by streamlining the layout of the home page, adding clear calls-to-action (CTAs) to each relevant block of content, and keeping the page count down to a minimum.

On top of it all, we made the website fully mobile responsive so that users who come across this website using a mobile device could enjoy the same smooth browsing experience that desktop and laptop users do.
