Tax Zones and Rates

This is only applicable to the native store.


Native eCommerce is currently in open beta and is accessible to all existing Website Builder users.


You must establish tax zones and rates for each nation where you export and are obligated to collect taxes.


To set up tax zones and rates, do the following:


  1. Click eCommerce in the side panel, then Store Management.
  2. Click Set up taxes.
  3. Click the +Add Tax Zone button.
  4. Choose your country and, if applicable, your region from the drop-down menus.
  5. Fill out the boxes for Tax Name, Tax Number, and Tax Rate.
  6. Tax name. The name that will appear on your bill.
  7. Tax number. The number that will appear on your invoice.
  8. Click Save.

Edit Tax Zones and Rates

If your customer base grows, you may need to adjust your tax rates or add another region to your tax zones.


To change tax rates or zones:


  1. Click eCommerce in the sidebar, then Store Management.
  2. Click Set up taxes.
  3. Click the icon with three horizontal dots next to the tax zone you want to change and select Edit Tax Rate.
  4. After you've finished editing, click Save.

Delete Tax Zones

To remove tax zones or rates, follow these steps:


  1. Click eCommerce in the side panel, then Store Management.
  2. Click Set up taxes.
  3. Select Delete tax rate after clicking the three horizontal dots icon next to the tax zone you want to delete.
  4. In the popup, click Delete.
