Enable a Favorites Wishlist

This feature is available to Advance and Unlimited store users.

The Favorites list feature enables your clients to compile a list of products they wish to purchase on their next visit.

Customers who have bookmarked things for later purchase are more likely to return to your site. This feature enhances customer retention and decreases cart abandonment. Favourites enable visitors to visit your website more frequently, hence increasing the number of things they purchase and your revenue. 

You can also activate automated marketing emails to remind visitors of their favourite goods. For further information, see Send Automated Marketing Emails.

To activate the favourites feature:

1. Click eCommerce on the left side, then click Manage Store.
2. Click Settings, followed by General.
3. Click Cart & Checkout and then navigate to Favorites.
4. To activate or disable the Favorites list, click the toggle.
   

Add products to Favorites

To add a product to your list of favourites, click the Favourites heart icon next to the product on the product detail page. Click View Favorites on the product detail page to see all of the products you've added to your favourite list.

All store visitors can add goods to a favourite list.

Customise the Favorites List

To modify the list of favourites:

1. Click the product on the product page to see the Store Design.
2. Select the layout you wish to use for the product page after clicking Single Product Page.
3. To modify the appearance of the Favorites button, click Secondary Buttons.
