Send Automated Marketing Emails
This feature is available to Advanced Unlimited store customers.
This feature enables you to automatically send customised emails to customers when they accomplish certain site actions. Sending automated emails increases sales, decreases work and aids in client retention.
Emails may be sent automatically for the following reasons:
- Reminder of favourite products
- Discounted abandoned cart recovery
- An order confirmation with related items
- Request for feedback
- Thank you for buying with us.
- Customer reminder with bestsellers that is no longer active
- Anniversary of purchase
To activate and set up automatic marketing emails, follow these steps:
- Click eCommerce on the left panel, then Manage Store.
- Click Marketing, and then Automated Emails.
- To begin sending all forms of automated emails, click Start Sending Emails.
- Select any of the email types you want to configure and then click Manage. Additionally, you can activate or disable an email type by clicking the Enabled toggle. The trigger time is optimized to the ideal moment for each activity and cannot be changed.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Emails Sending toggle to activate or disable all email sending. You may include discount coupons and social media links in your emails to increase customer interaction.
