Export Site List to CSV

Melody Jaimon • August 7, 2025

Whether you’re tracking site activity, checking subscription info, or just like having things neat and organised, exporting your site list is quick and easy.

🗂️ How to Export Your Site List

Need a copy of your site list? Don’t stress! You can export up to 20,000 of your most recent sites from your dashboard into a neat little CSV file. This is great if you want to see all the details in one place, sort them, or keep a record.

🧾 What You'll Get in the File:

The exported file will include info like:

  • Site name
  • Site alias (nickname)
  • External UID (don’t worry if this means nothing to you)
  • Site URL (if it’s published)
  • Status (published or unpublished)
  • When the site was created
  • First publish date (if it was ever published)
  • Last time it was published
  • Auto-renew setting (on/off/null)
  • Next renewal date (if any)
  • Any labels you’ve added
  • Subscription type
  • Failed billing (TRUE if a payment failed)

📤 How to Export the Site List:

  1. Go to your dashboard (where you see all your sites).
  2. Look for the three little grey dots next to the “Create New Site” button.
  3. Click those dots and choose “Export CSV.”
  4. You’ll see a message saying it worked — and the file will be sent to your account email.
  5. The file will come in a .zip format, so you’ll just need to unzip it to open the CSV.

💡 Quick Tip:

The file opens best in Excel or Google Sheets so you can sort, filter, or just look like a boss.

And that’s it! Too easy!
