Image Terms and Licensing

Melody Jaimon • December 6, 2022

Image licensing can be difficult to understand at times. That is why we try our best to provide answers to the frequently asked questions below.

Website Builder works with multiple image providers, therefore it's necessary to know the source of the image you want to use on your site. After selecting an image in the image picker, the source appears on the right (highlighted in red in the image below). Some of the images may lack a defined source and so they won't display information. Refer to the image supplier in the questions and answers.

Refer to our terms of service and privacy policy for the complete terms governing the use of the Website Builder platform. In the event of a contradiction between what is contained here and our terms of service, the terms of service will prevail.
