Orders

This content only applies to the native store.

This is currently in open beta and available to all existing Website Builder users. The Orders page displays a list of your orders as well as the information for each one.

To access the Orders page:

  1. Click eCommerce on the sidebar.
  2. Select Store Management.
  3. Click Manage orders.

The following fields are included in the orders, which are given in reverse chronological order:

  • Invoice number. When an order is completed, a unique invoice number is produced. Each invoice number begins with a prefix and is followed by a sequential number that increments for each successive order.
  • Date. The date on which the order was placed.
  • Placed by. First and last name of the shopper who made the order.
  • Status. The order's current status. The following are the many order statuses that may exist:
  • Processed. The order has been completed, and the payment has been processed via the payment gateway.
  • Pending. Although the order was finished, the payment was not completely processed.
  • Disputed. The order's payment was disputed. This does not automatically sync with the payment gateway; you must manually apply for the status.
  • Shipped. The order has been shipped. You will be requested to enter a tracking number when you update this status.
  • Delivered. The customer's order was delivered.
  • Canceled. The customer cancelled their order.
  • Payment status. The status of the payment. Here are the different ways a payment could be made:
  • Paid. Status by default when an order has been paid for in full.
  • Deferred. The order was completed with deferred payments.
  • Charged back. The customer disputed the order.
  • Refunded. The order was refunded in full.
  • Authorized. The transaction was approved, but it was not recorded. To capture the charge, the merchant has to do something by hand.
  • Shipping method. The shipping method that was selected.
  • Amount. Total of your order, including taxes and shipping.
