How to Integrate Your Agentbox and Red Square EAC CRM's with Your Real Estate Website

Melody Jaimon • May 6, 2021

The real estate industry is among the many industries throughout the world that can benefit from having a modern CRM, customer relationship management solution. Most competitive realtors and real estate companies are using a CRM.

In Australia, the primary reason for accessing a CRM is to enable their listings to automatically sync and appear on sites such as Realestate.com.au and Domain.

Unfortunately, RealEstate.com.au and domain.com.au do not allow pulling or pushing data directly to their sites without it going through an approved REAXML portal provider.  The most popular approved providers in Australia that we are integrating and automating real estate listings is via Red Square EAC and Agentbox.

Both platforms come with a plethora of additional features such as automating sales, marketing tasks and boosting lead generation efforts as well as website templates that can be utilised.

Why you should not use a website template for your real estate business?

Website templates are quick and easy to use. They are pre-built and the end person who may call themselves a website designer are just dropping content in blocks available and removing blocks not needed. These though are not for ambitious real estate agents and businesses. Templates tend to be bogged down with code, so they don't perform as well as non-templated websites on Google.

In our experience working alongside real estate agents, the real estate templates that are on offer in the industry and through CRM's really don’t meet the individual real estate website design requirements or provide any flexibility.

It is also often said that your website is the best employee you have ever had – it provides sales, marketing and customer service 24/7 without requiring pay, breaks or sleep if you invest properly.

So moving away from real estate website templates means you will need to have a one-off integration connecting the CRM to the website.

Whether you are a single agent or the owner of a real estate company, you will learn the steps we take to perform a seamless integration between your website and your existing database.

How to Integrate Your Agentbox CRM with Your Real Estate Website

  1. Retrieve the data regarding your properties by accessing Agentbox or Red Square EAC using Data Fetcher. In this software, users can set up automated workflows to fetch data on a regular schedule or trigger events based on specific conditions. The Data Fetcher extension also helps streamline data management and reduce manual data entry which is useful for businesses and organisations that rely heavily on data.
The information stored in these CRMs is available in JSON format and can be accessed via their APIs, as provided by Agentbox or Red Square EAC.
  2. After retrieval, the data obtained from Agentbox or Red Square EAC will then be stored in the Airtable which basically acts as an external data source that allows your properties to be displayed in the Duda website.
