Online Scheduling

Melody Jaimon • January 24, 2023

Online scheduling is one of the most effective ways to generate more leads and provide better service to your customers. Potential and existing clients can use Vcita online scheduling to schedule a consultation, appointment, or service. Clients can book appointments instantly, on any device, with any staff member, based on your current availability. Vcita will also save you time on client coordination, reminders, follow-ups, reschedules, and even billing and payments—all from a single cloud-based client management solution.

We collaborated with vcita to provide online scheduling for your website. This feature requires a separate vcita account, which you can create within the editor.

Some features require a premium vcita subscription; however, customers who sign up through the Online Scheduling widget receive a trial version of the account. Please visit vcita's pricing page for more information.

If you need help with the vcita product or your vcita account, please visit their education centre or contact them directly.

To include the widget:

  1. Click Widgets in the left panel.
  2. Drag the Online Scheduling widget into your website.

Content Editor

To access the content editor, follow these steps:

  1. Access the Edit content by right-clicking the widget.
  2. To create a trial vcita account, enter your email address as well as your first and last name. Click the Continue button.
  3. To receive an account activation email, click the link.
  4. To add a variety of services, fees, and appointment types, click Add/Edit services. Phone consultations, online meetings, and in-person appointments at your office or at the location of your client are all options.
  5. Click Edit business hours to configure your time zone and opening hours, as well as to sync vcita with your calendar (Google, Outlook, iCloud, etc.) to display your most recent availability and avoid double booking.

Users who upgrade to one of vcita's premium plans have more options for customising scheduling, branding, and other aspects. The widget contains links to all of these features.

Visit their education centre for more information on how to use vcita's premium features.
