Restaurant Menus

Melody Jaimon • January 24, 2023

The Restaurant Menu widget allows you to share your menu with visitors to your website. To appeal to your visitors' stomachs, include images, descriptions, and pricing for your dishes. Import your menu automatically using your Locu or SinglePlatform account, create an entirely new menu, or upload a CSV file. Customers who are hungry will appreciate the ability to quickly and easily find what they are looking for.

To include the widget:

  1. Click Widgets in the left panel.
  2. Drag the Restaurant Menu widget into your website.

For more information, see
Add Widgets.

Content Editor

Click Edit Content to access the content editor. Choose how to construct your menu:

  • Click Online to import your menu from an online source. See Build a Menu from an Online Source below.
  • Click Build Your Own to create your own menu. See Build Your Own Menu below.
  • Click Upload CSV to add a menu. See Upload a CSV below.

  5. Fill in the blanks with the item's Name, Description, and Price. Use the Rich Text Editor to add colour, and emphasis (bold, italics, and underline), and bullets can be added to the text in the description box.
  6. Click the Show images toggle to add images to an item.
  7. From the currency drop-down menu, select Choose currency.
  8. Enter a menu Title. Click the eye icon to hide the title.
