Manage and Import Content

Provides a location for your site's images, files, and information to be stored and retrieved. You can quickly upload new images and access existing images, files, and information under the Images & Content area. The maximum file size is 50 MB.


Any file (text, image, video, etc.) published to the system is accessible to the public. No sensitive or private information should be posted. To permanently remove the file, delete it from the picker.


Changes to widgets on the site take precedence over new content added to the Content menu.


Click Content in the left panel to access the content.

Import Content

To add your own content to the site, go to the left side and click Content, then Import content. Enter the Site URL or Facebook page and click Import.

Can I make changes to the content collection form?

You can add as many Business Texts or Images as you like to the form and connect these areas across the site.


Click
Content, then Business Text or Business Images in the side panel to add custom Business Texts or Images. Click Add Another Text or Add Image.

Manage Images

Click Upload New Image to add new custom images to the Photo Gallery or to choose existing images in the Photo Gallery.

Manage Files

Click Upload New File to add a file. A gray X button appears in the upper right corner when you hover over the file. Click the X to remove files.

Manage Form Responses

To delete contact form responses, go to the left panel, click Content, and then Manage Form Responses.


You can delete any response to any form on the site using the Form Responses page. In the Search visitor info search box, you can look for relevant replies. Make certain that you search for the correct name, phrase, or characters.

Business Information

To add or change information about the business, go to the left column and select Content, then Business Info. You can input one or more of the following:


  • phone numbers
  • email addresses
  • addresses
  • social accounts


This information will be utilised automatically in relevant widgets.

Add a Facebook Profile

Make sure to use the proper Facebook ID when entering your Facebook URL in the URL section:


https://www.facebook.com + page ID

Find the Facebook Page ID

As shown in bold in the examples below, the Facebook Page ID is at the end of the URL:


https://www.facebook.com/</wbr>123456789123456

Business Text

Give site visitors additional information about your business. Explain the goals of your business and why people should buy or use your products or services. Click Content on the left side of the screen, and then click Business Text. Fill out the following sections with one or more paragraphs of information:


  • About Us
  • Company Overview
  • Business Services


You can use this information later when you are building your site.

Add Local Business Schema

Find and Replace

This tool allows you to automatically search for certain addresses, phone numbers, emails, and social media links on your site and replace them when you need to.


Click
Content on the left side, then click Find and Replace.
