  • What if PayPal does not function on the Special Offer store?

There are Square and Stripe payment options in the Special Offer store. Check out Online Payments for more information.

  • How can the Special Offer store be activated?

On any site that doesn't have a store, go to the left panel and click eCommerce. Then, on the free special offer store plan, click Add to the site.

  • What is the cost of the Special Offer store after 2020?

The Special Offer store is free to use until December 2020. You will be notified by email that you can upgrade your store to any suitable plan.

  • The store displays incorrect product categories.

Remove the store navigation, republish your site, and then return to a site backup that includes the navigation to update the product categories. Republish the site. The product categories will update.

  • How many categories and subcategories can my store display?

You can display up to 100 categories and subcategories in your store. For instance, if you have 10 categories and each of them has 50 subcategories, only the 2 categories with the 50 subcategories will be shown.

  • Do I need to collaborate with a third-party provider for shipping labels?

You may install apps from the Store Control Panel or add Zapier to sync with Shippo so you can provide shipping labels.

  • Why are customers sent to a different URL when using the checkout page?

If your site uses an unsecured HTTP connection, the checkout page will redirect to the customer's secure instant site. To learn more, go to Add SSL or HTTPS.

  • My Special Offer's promotional store does not permit checkout.

Customers are unable to check out if you only accept PayPal as a payment method. Stripe and Square are the payment methods accepted by the Special Offer store. You must update your store in order to accept PayPal. For further information, see Online Payments.

  • How do I get Facebook and Pixel to work together?

Visit Facebook Tracking Pixels to learn more.

  • How can I set a limit on the amount of times an e-good or download link can be used?

To limit the number of times an e-good or download link is used, click eCommerce on the left side, then select Manage Store. Tap General, and then click Cart & Checkout. Proceed to the E-goods section. For further details, please visit E-Goods or Digital Downloads.

  • How can I set a minimum purchase quantity for a certain product?

There isn't currently a built-in method to specify a minimum purchase amount for a certain product. On the other hand, go to the Store Control Panel, select Settings, and then click Cart & Checkout to specify a minimum or maximum order total. Set the order subtotal range, either minimum or maximum. You may add the Purchase Quantity app in the Store Control Panel if you really must set a restriction on a certain product.

  • How can I seek certain information from the customer during the checkout process?

Installing the Store Label Editor is required to add custom labels to the checkout process. See Customize Store Design for further details.

  • How can I provide a product in my store with different options?

Click Catalog in the Store Control Panel, then click Products. Click the Options tab. Check out Product Options to learn more.

  • Why are invoices and order confirmation emails are written in different languages?

If the customer's browser and the Store use the same language, they will get emails in the same language. However, the store owner will only view invoices and email confirmations in the store dashboard's default language, which is the same language as the customer's dashboard.

  • The store owner isn't getting emails from the store.

Go to Settings, then Mail, and scroll down to the Mail Settings section to add the correct email address to the Store Control Panel. Click Change beside each email address. Refer to Email Notifications for further details.

  • How can I set store discounts?

Select Marketing in the Store Control Panel, then click Discount Coupons. For further information, please visit Discount Coupons.

  • Can I use special characters in my product titles?

Special characters in product titles are not supported by the store. The product title Chanel n°5, for example, will cause the page to crash and not function properly.
